Comedian Sunil Pal Slams Aryan Khan’s Netflix Series Over Bollywood Mockery

Aryan Khan’s directorial debut show, ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’, has been receiving love from the audience for its meta references, performances, cameos, and story as well. While amidst the positive reviews, an actor-comedian slammed the show for its portrayal of Bollywood. Well, it’s none other than comedian Sunil Pal.

Sunil Pal slams Aryan Khan’s ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’

In an interview with Pinkvilla Hindi Rush, Sunil Pal criticized the makers for showcasing the film industry in a negative light. He said, “The very Bollywood that made your father such a big superstar, you are bad-mouthing it in such a way today.”Sunil Pal basically stated that he’s uncomfortable with Shah Rukh Khan making fun of the very industry that made him famous. While everyone is still buzzing about the show’s bold style, the actor-comedian’s comments can be considered as the contrasting opinion from within the industry.During the interview, Pal expressed that Aryan Khan should be respecting the industry that established his family’s legacy. He said, “Bollywood made your father a superstar.”

Sunil Pal also commented on how Aryan Khan, being an insider or a star kid, had an advantage. He said, “Aryan Khan had no dearth of fame, money, or platform. He could have sat at home for five more years and come up with something that even a Sanjay Leela Bhansali would have praised.”
