American basketball coach Steve Kerr revealed an interesting secret that went unnoticed for several months. During the 2022–23 National Basketball Association season, the Golden State Warriors head coach quietly inserted lyrics from ‘All Too Well’ into his postgame interviews. The unusual challenge became a private source of entertainment for Steve Kerr. Interestingly, reporters and fans did not realize what he was doing at the time. ‘All Too Well’ lyrics hidden in press conferencesSpeaking to ESPN, Steve Kerr explained that he began the prank during the 2022–23 season. One of the earliest examples came after a March 2023 win over the Houston Rockets. He opened the press conference by saying, “I walked through the door of the locker room at halftime,” referencing the opening line of the song. Steve Kerr continued the joke throughout the season. He gradually inserted more lyrics into his answers. By the end, he had worked through nearly the entire track without drawing attention.Matthew Kerr creates a compilation videoSteve Kerr’s son, Matthew Kerr, later collected footage from the interviews and edited the clips into a single video. The compilation was first shared in the family’s group chat. It clearly showed Steve Kerr reciting lines from the song over several months. The video eventually reached Taylor Swift through a mutual friend. What began as a private joke soon caught the attention of the artist whose lyrics inspired it. Taylor Swift wanted to share the clipWhen Taylor Swift saw the compilation, she reportedly reacted with excitement. According to Kerr, she asked, “Wait, is this real?” She later followed up with, “Can I put it on social media?” Kerr said Swift described the project as “creative and funny.” Despite her enthusiasm, he decided to keep the video private. He asked the ‘Blank Space’ singer not to post it publicly. As a result, the compilation has still not been released, leaving fans curious to see the full edit.Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce continue to make headlinesTaylor Swift and Travis Kelce continue to attract widespread attention.
