Shah Rukh Khan extends warm Diwali greetings to fans: ‘May Goddess Lakshmi ji bless you with prosperity and happiness’Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan lit up his fans’ timelines with his heartfelt post on the festival of Diwali.

SRK’s Diwali wish for fans

Taking to his social media handles, Khan penned a heartfelt message of love for all his fans, and exteded his warm Diwali greetings. Sharing a photo of a woman, believed to be wife Gauri Khan, offering a Diwali puja, he captioned it with a note that read, “Happy Diwali to everyone! May Goddess Lakshmi ji bless you with prosperity and happiness. Wishing love, light and peace to all.” The post soon had fans flooding the comments section with Diwali greetings, heart emoticons and notes of love and admiration.

Why SRK skipped a Diwali party at Mannat

SRK often hosted grand Diwali parties at Mannat. However, this year, owing to renovations to his house, the actor skipped the fanfair for a quiet celebration with the family.

About SRK’s next film ‘King’

On the professional front, Shah Rukh has been shuttling between home, film sets and foreign work commitments. The actor, who is shooting for ‘King’ in Europe, was spotted last week, attending the Joy Forum, where he met Korean film legend Lee Jung-Jae, along with a host of other entertainers.’King’ will see SRK teaming up for the first time with his daughter Suhana Khan. The film will also star Deepika Padukone in a prominent role, along with Rani Mukerji and Abhishek Bachchan, among other stars.
