The 43-year-old donned a white crystalline dress with ruffled pink heels and dangling earrings, smiling wide for long lenses. Welcoming her child, she strutted on the carpet for the 2025 Fashion Awards at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England, on December 1, 2025.

Embracing motherhood, Milier is expecting her second child with her boyfriend, Oli Green. They welcomed a daughter in 2023, and she has a 13-year-old daughter, whom she shares with her ex, Tom Sturridge.
