A fun promotional video featuring actor Sharafudheen calling Mohanlal (dubbed voice) to request a change in the re-release date of the Malayalam classic ‘Ravanaprabhu’ has gone viral on social media.The actor, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘Pet Detective’, shared the humorous clip as part of the film’s promotions.In the video, Sharafudheen is seen dialing “Mohanlal” and politely asking, “Laletta, could you please shift the release date of Ravanaprabhu?” The voice of Mohanlal in the clip is actually mimicked by someone else, adding to the comic tone.Sharafudheen’s playful plea; says he can’t handle two Mohanlals Sharafudheen continues in the video, saying, “I’ve put all the money I have into this film. I can’t handle two Mohanlals at the same time, so this is a humble request.” To this, “Mohanlal” responds with a mass dialogue from Ravanaprabhu: “This is a game I play only to win, my son.” With that iconic line, the call abruptly ends, leaving viewers in splits. Since “Mohanlal” refuses to change the date, Sharafudheen humorously announces that Pet Detective will now release on October 16, adding the caption, “Was waiting for Lalettan’s permission.” The lighthearted clip has quickly become a social media favorite.
