Actor Shammy Thilakan has officially come on board ‘Chiyaan 63’, the upcoming Tamil film headlined by Vikram. Chiyaan 63 brings the two actors together once again after their appearance in the 1995 Malayalam film ‘Street’. Before that, they had also worked together in the 1993 film ‘Dhruvam’. Directed by Anand Shankar, the project is already generating hype among cinema lovers.The film marks Anand Shankar’s reunion with Vikram following their collaboration on Iru Mugan.

The update was revealed by actor Abhimanyu Shammy Thilakan through social media.In his social media post, Abhimanyu recalled a recent interaction with Vikram that left him deeply moved.Sharing the experience, he wrote, ” Eda ninak enne ormayundo..? ” Hearing these words from @the_real_chiyaan sir yesterday was a moment I’ll cherish forever. The last time we met, I was just a 6-month-old baby on the sets of the Malayalam movie Street, where he and my father shared the screen. They had first worked together in Dhruvam & now more than 30 years later, they are reuniting for #chiyaan63.!.”Abhimanyu also revealed another touching moment from his meeting with Vikram. Recalling the interaction, he shared, ” Njan ninne pandu orupad eduthond nadanatha..” He further wrote, “When he smiled and added, ” Njan ninne pandu orupad eduthond nadanatha..” , all I could do was give a shy, overwhelming smile. Standing next to these two incredible actors after more than three decades feels like absolute magic.
