Salman Khan recalls babysitting Junaid for Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta; claims he stayed with him for 45 days

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is known for his love for kids. The actor, when not on the film sets beating up bad guys, he is playing the perfect uncle to his many nephews and nieces. Going by his latest revelation, the superstar has always enjoyed his time babysitting.During an appearance on Twinkle Khanna and Kajol’s new show, ‘Too Much’, the actor revealed that back in the day, he even spent time bonding with Aamir Khan’s son. Speaking on the premiere episode, Salman revealed that in 1993, while Aamir and his then-wife Reena Dutta were busy with work commitments, their three-month-old son Junaid was kept with him.“I remember, we were doing shows at that time in ’93. Aamir and Reena were newly married. Junaid was three months old, and for 45 days, he stayed with me,” Salman said. The claim was immediately rubbished by Aamir, who claimed that Salman only went around pushing Junaid’s pram.Adding to the nostalgia, host Twinkle reminded Salman that he had also once taken care of her son Aarav. “You also took care of Aarav,” she said, prompting smiles all around.While on the show, Salman was at his candid best, opening up about his life, health struggles and even took playful digs at Aamir. While addressing matters of the heart, the actor humorously advised youngsters dealing with heartbreak to ‘Follow Aamir’ and move on.On the work front, Salman wrapped up the Ladakh schedule of ‘Battle of Galwan’, before returning home to complete his work commitments and begin the Mumbai leg of the shoot.
