Saif Ali Khan buys two commercial office units in Andheri East for Rs 30.75 crore - Report

Saif Ali Khan has added another prime real estate asset to his portfolio. The actor recently purchased two commercial office units in Mumbai’s Andheri East for a combined Rs 30.75 crore, according to property registration documents.

Details of the property purchase

A Hindustan Times report states that the two units, located in the Kanakia Wallstreet building, span a total of 5,681 sq ft. The purchase also includes six car parking spaces. Records show that the seller of the properties is Apiore Pharmaceutical, a US-based pharmaceutical company.This acquisition adds to Saif’s growing list of high-value real estate investments in Mumbai.

Andheri East: A growing corporate hub

Andheri East continues to be one of the city’s most in-demand commercial hubs, well-connected by road, rail, and metro, and in close proximity to the airport. Its easy access to key business districts such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), SEEPZ, and Lower Parel makes it a preferred location for corporate setups.Saif joins several Bollywood celebrities who have been strategically investing in premium commercial and residential properties across the city.

On the work front

Saif was last seen in Jewel Thief – The Heist Begins, which released on an OTT platform and received mixed reviews. The film also featured Jaideep Ahlawat, Kabir Singh fame Nikita Dutta and Kunal Kapoor among others. He will next appear in Dining With The Kapoors and Haiwaan, where he reunites with Akshay Kumar after their 2008 film Tashan. The film also featured Kareena Kapoor Khan in a key role.
