Roshna Ann Roy and Kichu Tellus confirm divorce after 5 years: Actress says; 'I’m free, he’s free'; Seeks privacy

Malayalam actors Roshna Ann Roy and Kichu Tellus have announced their separation after five years of marriage. The couple, who tied the knot in November 2020, have decided to part ways. Roshna Ann Roy who is famous for her role in ‘Oru Adaar Love’, shared the separation news via her Instagram handle.

Roshna pens heartfelt note

In her emotional note, Roshna explained the emotional difficulty of sharing the news publicly, writing, “I am not saying this to make it a celebration on social media, but because I feel it is the right time to reveal it. Both of us are alive, both of us deserve to live in peace, but in different paths.” She added, “Yes, blood is thicker than water. That’s why I’ve stepped aside and given you all the space you wanted. I’m free, he’s free, and I wish everyone peace.”The actress emphasized that despite their separation, the bond they shared will always remain special. “We were very close friends, and in many ways, we still are. Kichu and I, once together, now separated. Life moves on,” she added.

A painful but respectful goodbye

Making the announcement official, Roshna wrote: “After 5 wonderful years together, we have chosen to part ways with love and respect. Grateful for the memories, we ask for your prayers and privacy as we begin new chapters in our lives.” She also connected this life event to another personal loss, “September 30 — the day I lost my father, my first pain in life. Today, I mark another ending, stepping forward … From loss to loss, I choose to rise.” Their journeys in cinemaRoshna is known for her performances in’ Oru Adaar Love’, ‘Dhamaka’, ‘Papam Cheyyathavar Kalleriyatte’. Meanwhile, Kichu Tellus received much love from the audiences for his performances in the films ‘Kaaval’, ‘Ajagajantharam’, ‘Angamaly Diaries’.
