Bollywood’s power couple, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s dream home in Mumbai has been reportedly completed, and the family, including daughter Raha and mother Neetu Kapoor will soon move in. The lavish house is located in the upscale Pali Hill area of Bandra. As per multiple reports, the grand property is worth around Rs 250 crore.
Farah Khan asks Riddhima about her floor
Recently, filmmaker Farah Khan brought up the much-talked-about mansion in her vlog while chatting with Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Ranbir’s sister. Known for her light-hearted banter, the ‘Om Shanti Om’ director cheekily asked if Riddhima would have an entire floor to herself in the new house. She teased, “Mumbai mein jo tum logon ka ghar ban raha hai, aapke liye ek floor rakha hai ki nahi? (Do you have a floor in the house that is being constructed in Mumbai?)
Riddhima Kapoor confirms having her own room
Smiling at the question, Riddhima clarified her place in the new home. She said, “I have a room there. I am going to be on my mother’s floor. So, there’s one room for me and Bharat, and one for Samara too. My mom wants to keep us close.”With this, she made it clear that instead of an entire floor, she and her family would have their own rooms, right beside Neetu Kapoor.
Kapoor mansion carries family’s emotional legacy
The house carries a special meaning for the Kapoors. It was once home to Ranbir’s grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor. Later, it was inherited by Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in 1980. The new mansion now stands as a modern tribute to the family’s legacy, while also giving space for the next generation to live under the same roof.
