As per a report by IANS, Ravi Kishan shared his experience having worked with the legendary late actress Sridevi in the 1996 action drama film, ‘Army’. Now almost after 3 decades he worked with her daughter Janhvi Kapoor. He said, “Having worked with Sridevi (ji) in ‘Army’, it feels special to now work with Janhvi Kapoor in ‘Peddi’”He also called the ‘Homebound’ actress “very talented” and one who reminds him of her mother. “She reminds me of Sridevi (ji) with her dedication, grace, and sincerity towards her craft. She is carrying forward a beautiful legacy while creating her own path,” he added.Ravi Kishan worked with Sridevi in ‘Army’, which also starred Shah Rukh Khan, Mohnish Bahl and Danny Denzongpa.

Speaking of Ravi Kishan’s work, the actor has had a successful career across Hindi, Bhojpuri and South Indian cinema. He also made a fan following in the OTT world as he was recently seen in the courtroom comedy drama show, ‘Maamla Legal Hai’ where his character V.D. Tyagi received love from the audience. The Season 2 of the series was recently released.

Meanwhile, the upcoming movie ‘Peddi’ directed by Buchi Babu Sana, is a sports action drama which shows Ram Charan in multiple sporting events. He is seen playing cricket, wrestling and spirits on the highest levels.It also stars Boman Irani, Shiva Rajkumar, Divyendu Sharma, Jagapathi Babu among others in important roles.It is set to hit the silver screen on June 4.
