Rashmika Mandanna & Vijay wedding: Live Updates

The wedding festivities of actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have begun in the scenic setting of Udaipur, and the early glimpses shared on Instagram suggest a celebration that blends playfulness, elegance and intimacy. With their wedding set for February 26, the couple—fondly called “Virosh” by fans—has begun the week with contrasting snapshots that reveal both vibrant outdoor fun and serene dinner-time refinement.

Vijay’s Instagram Stories captured a cheerful, relaxed gathering beside a sunlit pool. One picture, taken through a volleyball net, showed silhouettes mid-action in a spirited game of pool volleyball. The ball hovered above the water, frozen in motion, offering a sense of the carefree joy marking the groom’s side of the celebrations. Another frame revealed lush greenery surrounding the pool, a volleyball net stretched across the water and a tray lined with bright red cups, reinforcing the informal, party-like mood before the main wedding ceremonies begin.

Rashmika’s shared moments reflected a contrasting yet complementary atmosphere. Her photos highlighted an evening dinner setup glowing under warm, golden lights. A long table stretched across the venue, detailed with blush lilies, green hydrangeas and fresh fruit accents such as grapes and green apples. A custom menu card hinted at an elegant Japanese dining experience curated especially for the guests. She also posted a blurry shot of the dishes served, suggesting a thoughtfully structured gourmet meal.

One intimate detail drew particular attention—the napkins embroidered with “VIROSH,” the fan-created portmanteau that has now become an official symbol of their union. The personalised touch reinforced the emotional significance of the celebrations and reflected the couple’s appreciation for their supporters.

The festivities are taking place at the luxurious Mementos by ITC Hotels, Ekaaya Udaipur, known for its expansive landscapes and refined ambience.

Just a day prior, the couple confirmed their wedding through matching notes on Instagram. The message read, “Our dearest loves… With so much love, you gave us a name. You called us ‘Virosh’… We would like to name it — ‘The Wedding of VIROSH’.” Their acknowledgment of fan support added emotional warmth to the announcement.
