Ranbir as Ross, Kareena as Monica, Priyanka as Rachel: AI reimagines Friends cast

Ranbir Kapoor as Ross, Kareena Kapoor as Monica, Priyanka Chopra as Rachel, Hrithik Roshan as Mike, Kangana Ranaut as Phoebe: AI reimagines 'Friends' cast with Bollywood actors - VIDEO

‘Friends’ is just iconic and every character from Monica, Chandler, Phoebe, Rachel, to Ross and Joey is extremely popular. While one cannot imagine anyone else playing these characters, apart from its original cast, AI is insane and has a crazy way of reimagining things. A user shared some AI generated images of ‘Friends’ with a reimagined cast from Bollywood. The much-loved American sitcom has been reimagined with a Bollywood cast, featuring stars such as Kangana Ranaut, Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor and others. The recreated version has been cheekily titled Mitron, which the creator openly described as “rage bait” while sharing the video on the internet.

Ranbir Kapoor Faces Angry Paparazzi As His Team Blocks Cameras!

The clip recreates iconic moments from the show, but swaps the original actors for familiar Hindi film faces. In this desi version, Ranbir Kapoor steps into Ross Geller’s shoes, Varun Dhawan becomes Joey Tribbiani, Aamir Khan plays Chandler Bing, Kangana Ranaut takes on Phoebe Buffay, Priyanka Chopra is seen as Rachel Green, Kareena Kapoor portrays Monica Geller, and Hrithik Roshan appears as Mike Hannigan. While the artist anticipated strong reactions from die-hard ‘Friend’s fans, the response was largely enthusiastic. One viewer commented, “Rage bait???!!!! Why is this the best thing ever!!!!!! And I’m a friends fannnn hahaha. Love this,” while another pointed out, “Ranbir and kareena being cousins is cherry on top for ross and Monica.” The AI experiment also sparked debates and alternative casting suggestions in the comments. One Instagram user suggested, “I think Juhi Chawla as Phoebe and Urmila as Rachel would be just perfect.” Another wrote, “Young salman would be perfect as joey.” Others proposed names like Tabu as Phoebe, Saif Ali Khan as Joey, and Akshaye Khanna as Ross. ‘Friends’ is a hugely popular American sitcom that originally aired from 1994 to 2004, spanning 10 seasons and more than 200 episodes. The show starred Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer as Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler and Ross. Paul Rudd joined the series as Mike Hannigan, Phoebe’s boyfriend who later becomes her husband. A special reunion episode was released in 2021, delighting fans across the world. Go to Source
