In a heartfelt conversation on ‘Famously Fit with Sophie’, Rakul Preet Singh opened up about the immense support her husband, Jackky Bhagnani, provided during her recovery from a serious injury. She praised his unwavering presence and positivity, noting how he never voiced a complaint even in tough times.

Rakul Preet Singh has opened up about a difficult phase after a serious injury and said her husband, producer Jackky Bhagnani, stood by her throughout her recovery. The actress spoke about his support during an appearance on ‘Famously Fit with Sophie’, hosted by Sophie Choudry. Rakul said Jackky never complained about the long recovery process and stayed involved in every step. The couple also spoke about fitness, marriage, work and the routines that keep them grounded.

According to IANS, Rakul appeared on the chat show with Jackky and recalled how he helped her during her road to recovery. Speaking about what his presence meant to her, Rakul said, “He has been my biggest support… he never cribbed about my road to recovery, we did everything together.”She also shared that Jackky listens to her attentively. Rakul added, “He is all ears when he is listening to me, so that’s half the battle won.”The episode also looked at the couple’s bond beyond the recovery phase. Their relationship grew through daily routines, food habits and the effort to show up for each other. Fitness remains a major part of their life together, and both said they treat it as a regular habit rather than a task.

Jackky explained their approach to workouts and said, “We don’t look at it like this, for us it’s like taking a shower.” Rakul agreed and added, “You know some people read every day, some people eat some food every day, so for us it’s a routine — uthke workout kiya phir din shuru hota hai. And this is not for losing weight, not to look a certain way, not for show but for us.”The conversation also moved to Jackky’s work as a producer. He said, “Producing is not an easy job…it has made me a more humble and a better person and taught me what life is all about.”Rakul and Jackky announced their relationship in 2021. They got married in Goa in 2024 in an intimate ceremony.
