Rajinikanth reveals R. B. Choudary’s UNTOLD dream

Rajinikanth reveals R. B. Choudary’s UNTOLD dream, shares heartbreaking conversation after paying final tribute to the producer

The Tamil film industry continues to mourn the loss of veteran producer R. B. Choudary, who passed away recently in an accident. On Thursday (May 7), superstar Rajinikanth visited in person to pay his final respects to the legendary producer. He offered flowers near the mortal remains and later consoled the grieving family. Rajinikanth’s arrival drew emotional reactions from fans, and members of the film industry gathered at the venue. Several leading actors, directors, and producers have been visiting since yesterday to honour the producer, who played a major role in shaping Tamil cinema with many successful films and talented filmmakers.

Rajinikanth recalls R.B. Choudary’s wish

Speaking emotionally after paying tribute, Rajinikanth shared one of his memorable conversations with R.B. Choudary. As reported by Filmibeat, he said, “I have not acted in his productions. But he was a very close friend. He called me during ‘Jailer 2’ shoot and told me, ‘I have produced 99 films. I want to complete my 100th film and retire peacefully. You should act in that film.” Rajinikanth’s heartfelt words quickly went viral among fans. It is worth mentioning that R.B. Choudary initially wanted Vijay to headline his landmark 100th production venture. However, after Vijay announced ‘Jana Nayagan’ as his final film before fully entering politics, the veteran producer may have shifted his attention towards Rajinikanth for the prestigious project.

Vijay’s emotional moment with Jiiva touched fans

Among the many celebrities who paid tribute, Vijay’s visit received huge attention on social media. After offering his respects, Vijay was seen consoling actor Jiiva, the son of R.B. Choudary. The emotional moment, where Vijay hugged Jiiva during his grief, touched many fans online. R.B. Choudary had a long association with Vijay’s cinematic journey, because he had made very successful films such as ‘Poove Unakkaga,’ ‘Thulladha Manamum Thullum,’ ‘Shahjahan,’ and ‘Jilla.’ These films have been very significant in strengthening the journey of Vijay, who became one of the most successful stars of Tamil cinema.

Tamil Cinema loses its great producer

R. B. Choudary was famous for his support of many successful directors and actors in Tamil cinema. Filmmakers like K. S. Ravikumar, Vikraman, Lingusamy, Perarasu, and Ezhil received important opportunities through his banner. Many stars and technicians have now expressed grief over the producer’s passing, calling it a huge loss for the Tamil film industry. Go to Source
