Jackie Shroff’s farmhouse is nothing short of a dream escape. Nestled between Mumbai and Pune, this sprawling 44,000-square-foot property is a green paradise where luxury meets nature. Bought to celebrate his 25th wedding anniversary, the estate has become one of Jackie’s favourite retreats, offering him a perfect mix of relaxation, fitness, and quality time with family, away from the city’s chaos.
The farmhouse is surrounded by lush greenery
The property opens into a vibrant world of greenery, with tall trees, colourful plants, and well-maintained gardens. It features a large fish pond filled with ducks, a poultry section, and a thriving patch of organic vegetables and fruits. Jackie told Farah Khan during her visit that he has “over 700” plants on the property, highlighting the farmhouse’s lively and natural charm.

Organic cooking is done in the open kitchen
Filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan recently visited the farmhouse and joined Jackie in cooking organic ‘patte ki bhaaji’ in traditional mud pots on a rustic chulha. The open kitchen uses produce grown right on the property, creating a true farm-to-table experience. When Farah jokingly asked, “Dada, yahan shooting allowed hai kya?” Jackie smiled and replied, “For you, everything is allowed,” showing his warmth and sense of humour.

Fitness is maintained in an akhada style gym
The farmhouse houses an akhada-style gym, combining traditional and modern workout tools. This space reflects Jackie’s commitment to fitness and holistic health, providing a calm and motivating environment to exercise amidst nature.

Leisure is enjoyed with pool and amphitheatre
The estate also features a massive swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and an open-air amphitheatre. Jackie often spends time here with friends, enjoying evenings under the sky. During Farah’s visit, he showed her his playful “Titanic Point,” where they posed together recreating the iconic style from the famous film, adding a fun and personal touch to the tour.

Personal memories are reflected in trees and spaces
Jackie’s farmhouse is full of personal memories. He showed Farah a tree he planted 12 years ago on his mother’s birthday, a gesture that deeply touched her. He also pointed out a space he plans to develop for his cattle, showing his connection with nature. When Farah joked about whether he brings plants from his farm to parties, Jackie grinned and said, “I do,” highlighting both his humour and love for greenery.

The farmhouse serves as a retreat from city life
Located away from Mumbai’s busy life yet easily accessible, the farmhouse blends simplicity with luxury. From the open kitchen and vegetable patches to the gym, pool, and amphitheatre, every corner of the property reflects Jackie’s lifestyle and his love for nature. Go to Source
