Alia Bhatt embraced Diwali’s first day, Dhanteras, alongside Neetu Kapoor and other family members, sharing a glimpse of their festive spirit. Dazzling in a golden saree, she celebrated with Kareena and Karisma Kapoor. The couple is also set to move into a lavish new home and has exciting film projects lined up, including ‘Love And War’ and ‘Alpha’.

Alia Bhatt celebrated the first day of Diwali, Dhanteras, with her mother-in-law, Neetu Kapoor, and others. The actress posted a picture from the celebration on her Instagram Stories and gave us insight into the Kapoors’ pre-Diwali celebration.Donning a shimmery golden saree with a matching blouse, Alia Bhatt looked absolutely stunning. She gave her ethnic look a modern twist with a choker and a mangteeka. She completed her avatar with open hair featuring a middle parting and golden-based makeup.Apart from Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor, the picture also featured Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor. According to the reports, the worth of the home is estimated to be Rs 250 crore. They recently shared a note with the media that read, “Diwali is all about gratitude and new beginnings. On the work front, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will next feature together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love And War’. The film will also star Vicky Kaushal alongside the duo. It has been scheduled to hit theaters in March 2026.Alia will also star in ‘Alpha’, co-starring Sharvari and Bobby Deol, who will be seen as the main antagonist. The movie will hit cinemas in December this year. Ranbir, on the other hand, has Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’ with Yash, and Sai Pallavi.
