As per the report, Aamir, who has owned multiple apartments at Marina for several years, is said to be creating a sprawling multi-floor residence that has been described as a “sky villa.”The actor reportedly plans to occupy the top three floors of the building with Gauri and her son Quinn. The report also claims that one entire floor is being designed for private gatherings, family celebrations and entertaining close friends.Aamir has often hosted intimate get-togethers for friends from the film industry, sports and business circles, and the new residence is reportedly being planned with those gatherings in mind.

Homes for the entire family

The report further claims that Aamir is allocating apartments in the same building for several members of his family. His son, actor Junaid Khan, is reportedly set to receive an entire floor. Apartments are also said to be earmarked for filmmaker Kiran Rao and their son Azad. The report adds that Aamir’s mother, Zeenat Hussain, and his sisters, Nikhat Khan and Farhat Dutta, are also likely to have homes in the same complex.According to the publication, the actor has allegedly paid an advance of over Rs 100 crore towards acquiring additional apartments for his extended family. However, Aamir Khan has not publicly commented on these reports. The publication also reported that Aamir currently rents four luxury apartments at Wilnomona, where several members of his family, including his mother and sons, already live in the same building.
