Meghan Markle got fashion help from Princess Lilibet

Meghan Markle shares a sweet mirror selfie as Princess Lilibet steps in as her little fashion helper

Meghan Markle is getting fashion advice from the youngest member of the family. On Saturday, May 16, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, shared a mirror selfie on Instagram featuring herself standing in her walk-in closet in an all-pink ensemble, with her four-year-old daughter Princess Lilibet sitting on the floor in front of her. “Mama’s little helper,” Meghan wrote in the caption.According to PEOPLE, the post came just one day before Meghan was set to travel to Switzerland, where she will join World Health Organization Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and global health leaders at the inauguration of the Lost Screen Memorial in Geneva’s Place des Nations, ahead of the opening of the 79th World Health Assembly.

Meghan Markle and Princess Lilibet’s recent family moments

The sweet closet snap is just the latest in a series of warm family moments Meghan has shared publicly in recent weeks. She and Lilibet recently joined Prince Harry, 41, and Prince Archie, 7, for a family trip to Disneyland in Anaheim, California. The outing was held to celebrate the children’s birthdays. “They were celebrating the kids’ birthdays together,” a source told the outlet. “The kids did lots of rides, and it was a special way to extend Mother’s Day for Meghan and her mom.”In a recap shared on Meghan’s Instagram on May 11, Lilibet could be seen hugging Cinderella and meeting Sleeping Beauty, Princess Aurora. Another clip showed Mickey Mouse greeting Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, as the family looked on alongside Minnie Mouse and Lilibet.

Meghan Markle’s rare family photos for Archie’s seventh birthday

To mark Archie’s seventh birthday on May 6, Meghan shared a series of rare family photos on Instagram, including one of Harry cradling a newborn Archie on the couch and another of Archie and Lilibet walking side by side along a beach near their Montecito, California home. “7 years later…happy birthday to our sweet boy,” Meghan captioned the post.

Life in California since stepping back from royal duties

Since stepping back from their royal roles in 2020, Meghan and Harry have been raising their children in California, where the couple has spoken openly about embracing a sense of normalcy for their family. “Once you know us, I think you want us to have the same normalcy as parents and for our children as they do, despite however unique our situation is,” Meghan previously told the outlet. “We go to a lot of dinners, and not just in people’s homes or private rooms; we just go into the restaurant. I really love that we can just have fun.”Between the closet selfies, birthday tributes, and Disneyland adventures, Meghan and Harry appear to be making the most of family life in California, one candid Instagram post at a time.
