Canadian Devyn Dalton was dubbed ‘the greatest arms I’ve ever seen’ by the actor, acknowledging the unsung hero of the epic film. In the pivotal scene with the man-eating giants, the perspective was used to make Odysseus and his crew look small, appearing as dwarves in front of the goliaths. Dalton, at 4 ft 6 in, had the ideal muscular arms to represent Damon, who was 5 ft 10 in. He appreciated her physique during the Happy Sad Confused podcast, stating she has ‘the greatest arms I’ve ever seen.’“Knowing my arms impressed Matt was honestly pretty special,” Dalton said to The Guardian, before adding, “His shoutout in the press completely caught me by surprise … I’ll always appreciate that he did.” Devyn, who began working as an actor at 9, always wanted to tell stories, inventing costumes and characters as a child in front of her family. Taking a different route, she told her tales differently through stunt performing. “We celebrate men who build careers around being powerful … so why shouldn’t women be celebrated for that too?” she said.

When the compliments emerged on the internet, Dalton expressed that her phone ‘blew up.’ “Apparently my biceps have their own fan club right now, which definitely wasn’t on my 2026 prediction,” she said to the outlet. Recalling how she reacted after booking the epic adaptation of Homer’s poem, the 35-year-old mentioned, “When I found out I booked it, I was genuinely so excited and incredibly grateful. It’s one of those moments where years of hard work and persistence suddenly feel worthwhile,” she said.
