‘Masti 4’ and ‘120 Bahadur’ released together on Friday, November 21. While both the movies belong to extremely different genres and one had expected that the Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani starrer adult comedy would do better, it’s actually the opposite. ‘Masti 4’ is a franchise film and was expected to do better in single screens, while ‘120 Bahadur’ was expected to appeal more to the multiplex audience as there’s also been positive word of mouth. On Sunday, day 3, it saw a slight growth and made Rs 3 crore. On Monday, day 4, the film saw a drop further. It made Rs 1.50 crore. Thus, the total collection so far, according to Sacnilk is Rs 10 crore.Mastiii 4 Movie ReviewAdult comedies, on the other hand, rely heavily on opening-day momentum, since weekend growth is usually limited. Meanwhile, ‘120 Bahadur’ did better than ‘Masti 4’ over the weekend and almost the same number on Monday. It made Rs 1.40 Cr on Monday and the film’s total collection is now ₹ 11.50 Cr.
