'Mass Jathara' box office collections day 3: Ravi Teja’s film drops further; Earns Rs 95 lakhs

After a promising debut weekend, Ravi Teja’s ‘Mass Jathara’ has hit a rough patch at the box office. The film garnered Rs 95 lakh on its third day, bringing its total to Rs 11.4 crore. Attendance plummeted to just 14.87% on Monday, reflecting challenges in sustaining its initial success.

Ravi Teja’s latest release ‘Mass Jathara’, co-starring Sreeleela, has seen a noticeable slowdown at the box office after a decent opening weekend. According to early estimates from the Sacnilk website, the film earned Rs 95 lakh (India net) on its third day, bringing its total domestic collection to Rs 11.4 crore. The film, which opened with Rs 3.1 crore on Friday and peaked with Rs 4.2 crore on Saturday, experienced a steep decline in numbers on Sunday and Monday.’Mass Jathara’ seems to be struggling to maintain momentum. The occupancy levels dipped to 14.87% across Telugu states on Monday.

Looking at the occupancy levels, Monday showing weak turnout across all time slots with morning at 13.69%, afternoon at 16.31%, evening at 14.86%, and night at 14.62%.

Director Bhanu Bhogavarapu pens emotional note

Before the film’s release, debutant director Bhanu Bhogavarapu shared an emotional note on X (formerly Twitter), thanking Ravi Teja for his unwavering support. He called the actor the “driving force” behind Mass Jathara, adding that working with him was both “a dream come true and a great learning experience.” Bhanu expressed gratitude toward the entire team, crediting Ravi Teja’s faith for keeping everyone motivated throughout the journey.Mass Jathara also stars Naveen Chandra, Rajendra Prasad, and Naresh in key roles.
