Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau hold hands as they attend first public event as a couple - WATCH

Pop star Katy Perry and her beau, former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau, just made their first appearance as a couple at a public event. The singer and her politician beau stepped out hand-in-hand as they attended the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland on Tuesday, marking one of their most prominent public appearances since confirming their relationship last October.

For the event, Perry rocked a formal skirt suit while Trudeau donned a sharp suit. The couple was all smiles as they made their way to the hall, where Justin took the stage for a discussion on “soft power” in today’s political landscape. Perry and Trudeau were seen sitting in their front row seats, before the politician took to the stage. While the two have been spotted together at several events, this was the first time that they attended a public forum together.

Besides attending the summit, the two were also seen posing for photos together at another event they attend.

About Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau’s romance

This comes just months after they first sparked romance rumours in the summer of 2025. Rumours of a romance brewing between the two first went viral after Justin was spotted attending the singer’s tour in Canada. The two made their relationship public in October 2025 on the occasion of Perry’s birthday celebrations in Paris. Shortly after, the two made their romance Instagram official, with the singer sharing photos from their vacation in Japan. She also followed it up with photos from her New Year’s getaway with Justin after spending Christmas with her ex, Orlando Bloom.
