Jolly LLB 3 outperforms Jolly LLB 2 in the second week

Akshay Kumar’s ‘Jolly LLB 3’ outperforms ‘Jolly LLB 2 ‘ in the second week

Akshay Kumar is staging a strong box office comeback in 2025 with hits like Sky Force, Kesari 2, Housefull 5, and Jolly LLB 3. The latter has crossed ₹100 crore, outperforming its predecessor in the second week. With minimal competition, it may surpass Jolly LLB 2. Up next: Bhoot Bangla and Haiwaan, both directed by Priyadarshan.

Akshay Kumar is turning out to be a phoenix at the box office in 2025, after a series of not so successful films since pandemic, this year has turned out to be a good year. It all started with Sky Force which was followed by Kesari 2 and then with Housefull 5. In fact his latest film Jolly LLB 3 , directed by Subhash Kapoor and also featuring Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla is showing great resistance at the box office. The film has already become his 15th entry into his Rs 100 croce club. The film in its first week had minted Rs 74 crore but it fell short by few crores to beat Jolly LLB 2’s first week numbers. Many thought with this he film wont be able to show much substance in the 2nd week, but just like a phoenix who rises from the ashes, Jolly LLB 3 has turned the tide. In the Second week the film added Rs 29.10 crore to its collection taking the total collection of the film to Rs 103.10 crore. In the second week the film finally outperformed Jolly LLB 2 which had added Rs 26.74 crore to its collection in the second week. But thanks to the first week lead Jolly LLB 2’s total collection at the end of 2nd week was Rs 104.45 crore.

Akshay Kumar Urges Fans: ‘Stop Using Gutka’ At ‘Jolly LLB 3’ Event

The journey ahead for Jolly LLB 3 looks interesting as Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari with Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor is struggling to connect with the masses and Kantara : A Legend Chapter 1 is the only film that will be drawing the audience from the new release. With just one film to compete with Akshay and Arshad’s film have a stong change to beat Jolly LLB 2’s total collection in the weeks to come. Akshay will be next seen in Bhoot Bangla directed by Priyadarsahan and it also features Tabu, Paresh Rawal and Wamiqa Gabbi. Akshay has also begun shooting for Haiwaan again directed by Priyadarshan with Saif Ali Khan and Saiyami Kher.
