Jolly LLB 3 inching towards Rs 4 crore mark in advance booking

Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi’s 'Jolly LLB 3' inching towards Rs 4 crore mark in advance booking

Jolly LLB 3 reunites Arshad Warsi and Akshay Kumar, aiming to replicate the franchise’s success. Advance bookings show a decent response, projecting an opening day collection of Rs 10-12 crore. Akshay Kumar, following recent box office wins, is set to appear in multiple upcoming projects, including Bhoot Bangla and potentially Hera Pheri 3.

When Subhash Kapooor and Arshad Warsi teamed up for Jolly LLB, those were times when small and medium budgets films were doing great business at the box office. The film took an opening of Rs 3.05 crore and had a lifetime collection of over Rs 32 crore in India. It’s success made the second part even bigger and Akshay Kumar was brought in to justify it’s scale. The film took an opening of almost Rs 13 crore and had a lifetime collection of Rs 117 crore- the jump was for everyone to see. For the third part it made complete sense to get both the actors who have established the series to become what it has become today and thus Jolly LLB 3 came into being. WIth just one day left for the release of the film, the film is witnessing a very decent to ok response from the audience at the advance booking window. The film has till now sold tickets worth only Rs 1.73 crore and once on adds the block booking the collection jumps to almost Rs 4 crore. The film still has more than 22 hours with itself to go for the final push and pull in the tickets, with this trend the film is expected to have an opening day collection of Rs 10 to 12 crore. The film features seasoned actors such as Gajraj Rao, Huma Qureshi, Amrita Rao, and Seema Biswas, each expected to bring depth and humor to the narrative.
