John Abraham renews Bandra Pali Hill lease at Rs 12 lakh per month - Report

John Abraham’s firm JA Entertainment Private Limited has renewed the lease of a premium property in Bandra West’s Pali Hill at a monthly rent of Rs 12 lakh, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey. The lease for the apartment in Supreme ArtVeda was renewed on February 6, 2026, and is valid for a period of two years.

The property spans a RERA carpet area of 3,158 sq ft, along with an additional balcony area of 97.62 sq ft, taking the total space to 3,255.75 sq ft. The agreement includes a security deposit of Rs 66 lakh.As per the documents, the rent will increase to Rs 12.5 lakh per month after the first 12 months. Earlier, in 2023, the same property had been leased for Rs 11 lakh per month, with Bajaj Builders listed as the landlord.John Abraham is yet to officially confirm the development.

Clean-shaven look grabs attention

Even as the actor makes headlines for his real estate move, he has also been trending online for a striking transformation. Known for his rugged look and signature beard, John surprised fans by appearing completely clean-shaven in a series of photos circulating on social media.

On the work front, John was last seen in Tehran, where he played a special officer. He has also been active as a producer, recently unveiling the teaser of Oslo: A Tale of Promise at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa. The actor is also in the news for his upcoming projects, including Force 3. Actor Harshvardhan Rane recently reflected on his journey from being a fan of John Abraham to sharing screen space with him in the film, revealing that he has been preparing physically for an upcoming action sequence.
