While talking to PEOPLE about the famed Kpop boy group, Fallon could not stop gushing about what a great opportunity it was for him. While talking about them, Fallon stated, “BTS have been part of The Tonight Show family for years, but last night’s show felt unlike any other. They always go above and beyond, I mean… taking over the Guggenheim with two knockout performances. It was amazing to witness.”He further praised the musicians, stating that every performance gets better and bigger than the last one they did. This was the group’s first international appearance and their first time on ‘The Tonight Show’ together in 4 years. “I have so much love and respect for all of them. And of course, they have the greatest fans in the world. Without the ARMY, it wouldn’t feel complete,” he concluded, adding that the second episode will also have a big bang for fans. The first episode of the show, which aired on March 26, held the interview segment, along with RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook performing their lead single ‘SWIM.’ They also gave a preview of their second performance, ‘2.0’, which will be held on March 27.
