Jiiva to headline ‘Super Good 100’; ‘TTT 2’ on cards

Not Vijay or Rajinikanth, Jiiva to headline ‘Super Good 100’; 'Thalaivar Thambi Thalainaiyil' sequel on cards

Actor Jiiva is steadily building strong momentum in his career once again after the success of ‘Thalaivar Thambi Thalainaiyil.’ The film turned out to be a major hit during the festive season and helped him return to the success track after a long gap. Now that Jiiva has gained more confidence, he is selecting his films carefully, paying attention to great screenplays and collaborations that could help him establish himself once again in Tamil cinema.

Jiiva locks ‘Super Good 100’ project

According to a report by Maalaimalar, the much-awaited milestone project of Super Good Films, titled ‘Super Good 100,’ was earlier planned with top stars like Vijay or Rajinikanth in the lead. However, due to various production changes, the project has now been locked with Jiiva as the lead actor. The sequel to ‘Thalaivar Thambi Thalainaiyil’ will be ‘Super Good 100,’ and the official announcement is anticipated soon. This development has created strong buzz in Kollywood, as the film is expected to mark a major landmark for the production house. The film is said to be designed on a grand scale with commercial elements and strong family appeal.

Jiiva’s new film announcement expands his busy line-up

Along with Super Good 100, Jiiva already has multiple projects lined up. He is working on a film directed by K. G. Balasubramani, who earlier made Black, and another project titled Jaalya Iruntha Oruvan directed by Rajesh M. Now, this newly announced film adds even more strength to his busy schedule. The upcoming project will be directed by Ra. Venkatt, who previously made Kida. Though Kida received a modest box office response, it was appreciated for its storytelling and content-driven approach.

Jiiva focuses on a strong comeback

Cinematographer Sukumar will handle the visuals for Jiiva’s new film with Ra Venkatt, and the shooting is expected to begin next month in Madurai and surrounding areas. After the loss of his father, RB Choudhary recently, Jiiva is slowly returning to full focus on his film career. He will be playing an important role in the next stage of his professional success with his films like ‘Super Good 100’ and many other projects yet to come.
