Jennifer Lopez arrives in India for Udaipur wedding, paps say, 'Welcome to India Rihanna' as she waves at them and throws flying kisses

Udaipur is gearing up for a star-studded celebration as a wave of global personalities, including singer-actor Jennifer Lopez and the US President’s son Donald Trump Jr., for the wedding of US based businessman Raju Ramalinga Mantena’s daughter. Netra Mantena is set to tie the knot with NRI Vamsi Gadiraju.The City of Lakes will host the lavish festivities over the next few days. The celebrations have already begun from November 21 onwards and will go on till November 24. At wee hours on Saturday, the iconic Jennifer Lopez was spotted arriving in India. As she was seen at the Udaipur airport in a brown outfit with a furry jacket and glasses, she also waved at the paps and threw flying kisses before getting into her car.

However, things took a funny turn when the paps called her Rihanna. In one of the videos which went viral on the internet, one can hear one of the paps saying, “Welcome to India Rihanna.” Meanwhile, around 600 guests are on the list, with Bollywood names such as Hrithik Roshan and Ranbir Kapoor among those invited, according to sources involved in organising the event. Shahid Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Kriti Sanon, and Jacqueline Fernandez have already touched down in Udaipur. Trump Jr has also reached India. US security personnel are already stationed in the city ahead of his arrival. He will receive heightened protection from the moment he lands and is expected to stay at The Leela Palace. Before arriving in Udaipur, Trump Jr. visited the Taj Mahal in Agra, Uttar Pradesh and Jamnagar. Local residents say that performances by Lopez and South African DJ-producer Black Coffee are likely to entertain guests during the wedding festivities. The Leela Palace has been lavishly decorated in an opulent red theme for the occasion, with security significantly tightened across the city. On Thursday night, Dutch DJ-producer TiĂ«sto set the tone with a performance at The Leela Palace.
