This month, as per recent reports shared by TMZ, the ‘The Matrix Reloaded’ star filed a motion for the lawsuit against her to be dismissed. She officially refuted all of the claims that had been made by the musician and cited that they were all absurd. In a statement included in the report, Pinkett alleged that all of the claims made in the lawsuit are “false, uncorroborated, and made to generate attention as part of an ongoing public campaign of harassment directed at (her).” Not only that, but she also made claims that Bilaal had a “fixation” on the Smith family and that the incident that he is referring to from 2021 never involved him in the first place.

About Bilaal Salaam’s lawsuit against Jada Pinkett Smith

The lawsuit, which was filed against the actress in November last year, alleged that she confronted Bilaal during a ‘Men in Black’ promotional party in 2021. The part mentioned in the legal documents refers to the one held at the Regency Calabasas Common on September 25, 2021. A statement about the incident read, “While in the lobby, Jada Pinkett Smith approached Plaintiff with approximately seven members of her entourage, became verbally aggressive, and threatened Plaintiff by stating that if he continued ‘telling her personal business,’ he would ‘end up missing or catch a bullet,’ and demanded he sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) ‘or else.’” They also made claims that Pinkett had also launched a targeted campaign against the musician to tarnish his image.
