Jackson Wang gets hospitalized: Fan meet cancelled after medical emergency - Deets inside

K-pop sensation Jackson Wang has been hospitalised. The star was rushed to the emergency room on August 15. Due to the sudden medical emergency, the idol’s next scheduled event, a fan meeting, has been cancelled until further notice.

Jackson Wang was rushed to the hospital after he experienced discomfort, which was later revealed to be due to food poisoning, as per reports shared by ET Today. The idol’s company addressed the matter on August 16 and also shared the news of the event cancellation. “We’re so sorry to let you know that today’s Music Korea Fan Sign Event has to be cancelled,” they said in an official statement released online. The ‘BUCK’ singer has also been advised by the hospital to rest for proper recovery. In their official statement, the idol’s company also shared that whatever money has been spent on the ticket purchase will soon be credited back to the fan’s accounts. A new day and time for the event will be announced at a later date as well.
