Recently, he starred in ‘Homebound,’ India’s 2026 Oscar entry, and will return in the upcoming romantic drama series ‘The Royals Season 2.’

Ishaan Khatter has kicked off his post-Diwali fitness routine after enjoying the festive sweets. Known for his well-built and athletic frame, he recently shared a high-intensity workout video that is nothing short of impressive. The film shows their struggles with friendship, ambitions, and facing unfair treatment because of their religion and caste, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Directed by Neeraj Ghaywan and released in September 2025, the movie received high praise and has been chosen as India’s official entry for the 2026 Oscars. Talking about ‘Homebound,’ Ishaan told us (ETimes), “This film is, I think, hard to watch, but it’s also very necessary.
