Isabelle Tate, the ‘9-1-1: Nashville’ star, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the age of 23. The actress passed away due to a rare form of neurological disorder, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. Isabella Tate’s demise

Born on August 8, 2002, Isabelle ‘Izzy’ Tate recently featured in the series premiere of ‘9-1-1: Nashville.’ “Isabelle was full of fire, a fighter, never once making excuses for the fact that she might have a disability relative to others,” the obituary stated, according to Entertainment Weekly. Being her cheerful self, the actress used to spend time with her family and friends. “What she loved the most though was spending time with family and friends, always the life of the party. Her sister was her best friend, and her mom was her shining beacon of light,” the obituary added.

About Isabelle Tate’s education and acting career

Tate graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business from Middle Tennessee State University. With a distinct passion for music, she used to spend her time writing, recording, and even publishing songs with her friends. She appeared in the pilot episode of ‘9-1-1: Nashville,’ the spin-off series of the thriller ‘9-1-1.’ In the episode that aired on October 9, she starred alongside Chris O’Donnell, Jessica Capshaw, and country singer LeAnn Rimes. Tate’s character receives a striptease by Hunter McVey’s Blue, after a woman who blocks her calls her ‘Hot Wheels’ for being in a wheelchair. Moreover, there will be a memorial title card in next week’s episode.
