Is Salman Khan collaborating with Anurag Kashyap?

Is Salman Khan collaborating with Anurag Kashyap amid Abhinav Kashyap's allegations? Here's what we know

A surprising social media post suggests Salman Khan might collaborate with Anurag Kashyap on a dark action thriller, with Bobby Deol reportedly mediating. This comes amid ongoing friction between Salman and Anurag’s brother, Abhinav Kashyap, who has made strong accusations against the superstar. Anurag himself previously shared an anecdote about his past experience with Salman.

Amid Salman Khan’s long-standing feud with filmmaker Abhinav Kashyap, a viral social media post has taken everyone by surprise. The post claims that the superstar is gearing up to collaborate with Abhinav’s brother, Anurag Kashyap, on a new project.

Salman and Anurag’s alleged new film

A viral Reddit post suggests that Salman and Anurag are set to team up for a ‘dark, grounded action cop thriller,’ though official details about the project are yet to be confirmed. The post read, “Salman Khan and Anurag Kashyap may work together (which was kind of shocking considering what Abhinav has been saying to media). Bobby Deol has suggested and is working as a mediator between the two. Bobby really respects Salman for helping in reviving his career and he also loved working with Anurag in Bandar which is said to be his best performance in the industry. The movie will be a dark grounded action cop thriller.”

Anurag once opened up about losing Tere Naam

However, Anurag too doesn’t seem to share a close relationship with the superstar. Earlier talking to Samdish Bhatia, the filmmaker shared, “I got fired from a film because I asked the hero (Salman Khan) to grow chest hair. I wrote the film and after writing it, I was asked to leave Tere Naam. The film was based in Agra/Mathura. Have you ever seen people shaving their chest hair there? So, yes, I was making Tere Naam.”

Abhinav Kashyap’s explosive comments

Meanwhil,e in an interview with SCREEN, Abhinav recently said, “Salman is never involved. He is not even interested in acting, and he hasn’t been since the last 25 years. He does a favor by turning up to work. He is more into the power of being a celebrity, but he is not interested in acting. He is a gunda (goon).”Elaborating further, he added, “He is the father of the star system in Bollywood. He is from a film family which has been in the industry since 50 years. He continues the process. They are vindictive people. They control the whole process. If you don’t agree with them, they come after you.”On the work front, Salman will next be seen in Battle of Galwan.
