Welcoming the international artist, the paps asked him about his excitement to come back to India, to which, with a warm smile, Akon replied, “It’s been a long flight, I’ tired.” Meanwhile, his wife chimed in with her sweet words, saying, “India, we love you!”This brief interaction won over everyone. With songs like ‘I Wanna Love You,’ ‘Right Now (Na Na Na),’ ‘Lonely’, ‘Beautiful,’ ‘Don’t Matter,’ and the Bollywood favourite ‘Chammak Challo,’ Akon made a mark in the music industry. He had his first concert in Delhi, which was scheduled to run from 5 PM to 10 PM. Considering the large turnout, a traffic advisory was issued by the Delhi police, which confirmed restrictions around the venue between 4 PM and 11 PM.
