Soon after, people noticed that Karina Kubiliute, reportedly from Greece, had posted photos from a seemingly identical location. They were also following each other on Instagram. Adding to the buzz, some social media users claimed that Kartik had been following Karina on Instagram before the speculation gained momentum, a detail that further fuelled discussion on the internet. It also led to some backlash as Karina is 17 years old while Kartik is 37. The rumours initially took off after Reddit users began drawing parallels between Karina’s social media posts and Kartik’s vacation pictures. Users pointed out similarities such as matching beach backdrops, towel patterns, and photo angles. It was also noted that both appeared to be staying at the St. Regis hotel in Goa, leading to assumptions that they were holidaying together. However, none of these claims have been independently confirmed. After this post went viral, Karina commented on one of the posts and said, “I’m not his gfffff!!!!! Lois bro STFU” Clearly, Karina’s followers instantly increased in a day and now she’s also getting a lot of attention. Amidst that, Karina has now changed her Instagram bio to, “I don’t know Kartik”.
