‘House of the Dragon’ is making a roaring return to our screens with the promise of more “fire and blood”!HBO on Monday, dropped the official premiere date for Season 3, along with a new trailer teasing all the action set to unfold on screens as the Targaryen dynasty faces its biggest and bloodiest civil war.’House of the Dragon’ season 3Season 3 picks up directly from the aftermath of Season 2, as house Targaryen gears up for full-scale warfare. The trailer has teased storylines which are expected to revolve around the Battle of the Gullet that will see an epic naval clash in the high seas involving forces aligned with House Velaryon and their blockade of King’s Landing.As per reports, this season will also bring to screens the civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons, with rival factions battling for control of the Iron Throne. The tagline, “There will be no doubt who the gods have chosen to rule” suggests heightened stakes, fractured alliances, betrayals, and bloody warfare. The trailer also hints at significant character developments for central figures, including Rhaenyra Targaryen, played by Emma D’Arcy, and Alicent Hightower, portrayed by Olivia Cooke, as tensions within their respective camps continue to mount.Fans may have also been teased with the death of Jacaerys Velaryon, Rhaenyra’s eldest son and heir to the Iron Throne.
