Himani Shivpuri lauds Ranbir Kapoor's 'sanskar', shares 'Aa Ab Laut Chalen' memories; says, 'He got up and touched my feet'

Veteran actress Himani Shivpuri recently met Ranbir Kapoor, praising his ‘sanskar’ and their Broadway memories from ‘Aa Ab Laut Chalen’. On Instagram, she shared a photo, captioning his warmth and foot-touching gesture. She reminisced Rishi Kapoor pushing them to musicals like Cats. Himani starred in Pardes; Ranbir preps for ‘Ramayana’ as Lord Ram.

Himani Shivpuri, a veteran actress, recently encountered Ranbir Kapoor and appreciated his ‘sanskar’. The duo also reminisced about their shared Broadway viewing experience during the production of ‘Aa Ab Laut Chalen’.

The actress posted a photo with Ranbir on her Instagram. In the caption, she wrote, “Good morning! It was wonderful meeting Ranbir ! Such a warm, gracious and talented actor, he got up and touched my feet,complimenting me Maam you look the same!”.

Himani Shivpuri recalls golden days

She fondly remembered the cherished ‘golden’ days, explaining how Rishi Kapoor would encourage her and Ranbir to catch musicals together. She added, “Ha ha the Rk charm and sanskar, he recalled the Aa ab laut chalen days when he was studying in US and used to come on the sets, and Chintuji used to push him to go and watch plays and musicals with me! My first visit to US, besides shopping I was watching, the Broadway shows. It was amazing outdoor, the amazing RK hospitality, and we watched Cats, Phantom of the Opera, Sound of Music, and many more with Satish Kaushik, Paresh Rawal, Bhattiji, Saroj Khan,sometimes Ash …what a time..@ranbirkapoor.”
