Ginni admits she gets ‘very jealous’ seeing Kapil romance

Kapil Sharma's wife Ginni Chatrath admits she gets ‘very jealous’ seeing him romance his co-stars, recalls teasing him 'you are enjoying'

Kapil Sharma and the cast of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 recently joined Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa for a conversation, during which the comedian shared a personal and humorous behind-the-scenes moment. When Bharti asked Ginni Chatrath whether she ever feels insecure about Kapil’s on-screen romance, Ginni didn’t hold back. “Bardash nahi hota. Bahut jealousy hoti hai (I can’t tolerate it. I get very jealous),” she confessed with a smile.

Kapil recalls trembling while performing a romantic sequence

Kapil went on to reveal how one particular shoot became unexpectedly nerve-racking. He remembered filming a romantic number with Warina Hussain in Bhopal, a day Ginni happened to visit the set.“Throughout the film, we were mostly doing comedy and running around. But on the day I was shooting a romantic song with Warina, Ginni came to the set. The director asks you to look into the heroine’s eyes and put your hand in her hair, and meanwhile your wife is watching everything on the monitor. Mushkil hota hai, hath kamp rahe thay mere (It becomes difficult — my hands were literally shaking),” he said.Kapil added that whenever he would approach Ginni complaining about the scorching heat, she would playfully tease him, saying, “What are you worried about, you are enjoying.”

The couple’s love story and family life

Kapil and Ginni’s relationship began during their college days. He introduced her to his mother early on, but due to differences in their social backgrounds, the relationship didn’t move forward initially. Kapil eventually made their relationship public in 2017, and the two tied the knot in 2018. They are now proud parents to a son and a daughter.
