Dussehra, also known as Vijayadashmi, is just around the corner, where people would join to celebrate good over evil. While the blockbusters are scheduled to release on Friday, many films chose to mark their calendars on Thursday, hoping to win the hearts on the auspicious day. Directed by Rishab Shetty, the film revolves around a warrior who saves the villagers from the brutal king’s tyranny. The film takes its viewers to the pre-colonial era, where the seeds of tradition and culture are sown. ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ has brain-rotting jokes, epic comedic timing, and songs that are waiting to win the hearts of the audience. The plot revolves around the potential marriage of Rohit Saraf’s Vikram and Sanya Malhotra’s Ananya, but their former partners planned a couple of moves that would somehow stop the arranged ceremony. Channeling patriotism, the film will be released only in theatres.

Starring Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa, the story revolves around the boy who hates alcohol and the girl who is obsessed, and doesn’t hesitate to chug down the bottle. Adding the family drama, the other cast members include Nirmal Rishi, Nisha Bano, Sukhi Chahal, and many more. Directed by Simerjit Singh, the Punjabi comedy drama will be released in the theatres this Vijaydashmi.
