The Mumbai premiere of ‘The Odyssey’ had many Bollywood celebrities walking the red carpet. While Christopher Nolan, Matt Damon and Tom Holland attended the event, veteran Bollywood star Dimple Kapadia’s granddaughter, Naomika Saran, stole the show as she walked the carpet with the ‘Bobby’ star.

Dimple Kapadia and her granddaughter Naomika Saran both attended ‘The Odyssey’. Both dolled up in traditional attire and walked the red carpet together. Naomika, who is currently preparing to make her official debut in the Bollywood industry, looked stunning on the red carpet as she flaunted her simple black saree with an embellished and semi-sheer blouse, which she paired well with her wavy hairdo for the night. For the unversed, Dimple Kapadia and Christopher Nolan have worked together before when he filmed ‘Tenet’ starring Robert Pattinson and John David Washington. Kapadia played the role of Priya Singh, a wealthy and powerful arms dealer.

As Christopher Nolan returned to India after around seven years, along with Matt Damon and Tom Holland, he was welcomed with open arms. The trio went out for a quick snack at a local restaurant and then headed off for ‘The Odyssey’ film premiere. At the red carpet event, videos went viral of all of the attendees, including ‘The Odyssey’ trio, as they were spotted talking to fans and paparazzi and signing autographs.On Friday, Christopher Nolan, Matt Damon, and Tom Holland attended the first-ever public screening of ‘The Odyssey’ at a theatre in Lower Parel. The three of them attended the screening event along with a lot of fans, interacting with them and thanking them for attending the screening.As fans cheered on, Nolan stated, “This is not the first time I’ve been to Mumbai, but it is the first time I’ve had the chance to launch a film here. So, you are amongst the first audiences in the world to see this film.” Matt Damon also expressed just how grateful he was for everyone’s support and thanked all of them for showing up.‘The Odyssey’, an adaptation of Homer’s classic, is slated to release in theatres worldwide on July 17.
