The Pranav Mohanlal-starrer collected an estimated Rs 2.25 crore (India net) on its sixth day, pushing its total to Rs 24.60 crore across all languages, according to early estimates by the Sacnilk website.The horror thriller opened to strong numbers with Rs 4.7 crore on Friday and showed impressive growth over the weekend, peaking at Rs 6.35 crore on Sunday.
Malayalam occupancy remains healthy
On Wednesday, ‘Dies Irae’ recorded an overall Malayalam occupancy rate of 27.04%. The numbers indicate a gradual increase through the day which is from 20.17% in morning shows to a healthy 36.10% during night screenings. The evening crowd continues to boost the film’s weekday performance.
