The first part of the final season of ‘Stranger Things’ is just around the corner, and ahead of the release, the sci-fi series has hogged all the headlines, unfortunately, not for the right reasons. According to new reports, one of the lead stars of ‘Stranger Things’, Millie Bobby Brown, playing Eleven, has filed a formal complaint against David Harbour, portraying Chief Jim Hopper, the one who adopts Eleven in the series.

According to The Daily Mail, the 20-year-old actress, Millie Bobby Brown, allegedly filed a complaint against David Harbour before the production of season five went on the floors. The filming of which was wrapped in December 2024.“She filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started shooting the last season,” read the report before adding, “there were pages and pages of accusations.” As far as the investigation goes, the report states, it “went on for months.”At the same time, the report stated that the claims didn’t mention any sexual misconduct. Further, throughout the filming of the final season, Brown had a representative present on set for her comfort and safety. Meanwhile, neither Netflix, Millie Bobby Brown, nor David Harbour’s representatives didn’t commented on the matter.

Amid these reports, an old interview with David has resurfaced. While speaking at the ‘That Scene with Dan Patrick’ podcast in 2021, Harbour mentioned being protective of Brown.“I’ve just always felt this kind of deep fatherly affection for her,” he said and then added, “I have a real protective feeling for her.
