Bobby Deol, wife Tania Deol acquires five office spaces in Andheri for Rs 15.05 crore: Report

Actor Bobby Deol and his wife Tania Deol have expanded their real estate portfolio with the purchase of commercial office space in Mumbai. The offices are situated on the second floor of Yura Business Park – Phase 2, located on Link Road in Andheri West. The same building also houses several office units owned by members of the Roshan family, including Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and Pramila Roshan.Property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix reveal that their firm, Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd, has acquired five office units spanning more than 3,400 sq ft in Andheri for approximately Rs 15.05 crore. Documents indicate that while Bobby and Tania Deol’s offices are on the second floor, the Roshan family owns 10 office units on the third and fourth floors of the building.

The paperwork further shows that the units were sold by Yura Business Park Private Limited, a company associated with the Pecan and Transcon group, which is developing the project. The transaction involving the Deols was registered on February 27, 2026. It attracted stamp duty of over ₹90 lakh along with a registration fee of about Rs 1.50 lakh.The commercial project is still under construction and is expected to be ready for possession by December 2027. Along with the office units, the purchase also includes five car parking spaces.An email seeking comment from Tania Deol’s companies, Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd and Yura Business Parks Pvt Ltd, did not receive a response. Bobby Deol also could not be reached for comment.Earlier, the Roshan family had also invested in the same project. According to property registration documents accessed by Propstack, Hrithik Roshan, along with his father Rakesh Roshan and mother Pramila Roshan, collectively bought 10 office units in the building for ₹28 crore in November 2025.All ten transactions were registered on November 27, 2025. As per the documents, five units were purchased by HRX Digitech LLP, where Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan are designated partners. The remaining five were acquired by Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, a company in which Hrithik Roshan and his mother Pramila Roshan serve as directors.Together, the 10 offices cover a RERA carpet area of 6,968 sq ft. Each individual unit ranges between 769 sq ft and 852 sq ft, the documents show.
