Bobby breaks silence on rumours of conflict with Alia Bhatt on ‘Alpha’ set

Bobby Deol breaks silence on rumours of conflict with Alia Bhatt on 'Alpha' set: 'Log itne velle hai..'

A while ago, rumours suggested that Bobby Deol and Alia Bhatt had differences while working together on the sets of ‘Alpha’. Reports suggested of a cold war between and that these disagreements arose due to Alia’s habit of offering creative inputs during scenes, including those involving Bobby. It was also said that the situation reportedly escalated to the extent that producer Aditya Chopra had to step in to ensure the shoot was completed smoothly. Bobby has now broken silence on these rumours. He said during a chat with Rajat Sharma on ‘Aap Ki Adalat’, “Mujhe bhi kisi dost ne bheja uss cheez ka aur main hairaan hua. Log itne velle hai ke kuch bhi banaa dete hai. Maine Ranbir ke saath film ki uske baad jab yeh film offer hui Alia ke saath toh maine socha ho kya raha hai mere saath, dono mere favourite actors hai. Toh it was so nice. Itni acchi actress hai, itna hard work karti hai. Usko fight sequence karne hai and she was so prepared. (I also read about it, a friend sent it to me. People are so free to just make all these things up. After doing ‘Animal’ with Ranbir Kapoor, when I was offered this film with Alia, I was so happy because they are both my favourite actors. She was so nice to work with, such a good actor and so well prepared for all the action scenes and everything).” He added further, “Aisa bhi likha tha ke Bobby itna naaraaz tha ke Aditya Chopra ne usko ek aur film offer kardi. I can’t go around proving the point to everyone but it’s not true. Zyadatar joh aap Instagram se influenced rehte hai usmein 90 percent kahaaniyan asli nahi hoti. (It was also written that I was so upset that Aditya Chopra had to offer me another film but none of this is true).” ‘Alpha’ also stars Sharvari along with Alia and is a part of YRF’s spy universe which includes films like ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘WAR’, ‘WAR 2’, ‘Pathaan’.
