Blake SLAMMED as ‘narcissistic, liar, bully, brat’

Blake Lively SLAMMED amid subpoena clash in Justin Baldoni legal drama; called a 'narcissistic, liar, bully, brat'

Blake Lively has hit the headlines once again, this time over her controversial subpoenas issued to various entertainment portals, journalists and social media influencers, among others. Broadcaster Megyn Kelly went viral on Friday, after she launched a scathing attack on the actress, labelling her as a “’narcissistic, liar, bully, brat” after alleging she was “targeted” with subpoenas connected to Lively’s legal battle against ‘It Ends With Us’ director Justin Baldoni. Speaking on her show, the host, revealed that Lively’s legal team had attempted to obtain her private communications as part of the case. She claimed, “She actually tried to get the confidential and proprietary materials, my team and I used for any and all stories about her.”

Megyn’s video slamming Blake goes viral

Kelly went on to state, “because Blake Lively was unable to fathom that yours truly (points to self) had developed a genuine revulsion toward her, on my own. She posited that I must have been ensnared in Baldoni’s alleged ongoing smear campaign against her.” She, however, said that her team refused to comply and claimed the actress “backed down” after missing the deadline to pursue further action. “We gave her absolutely nothing. Not one document, not one record, not one communication,” Kelly said, calling the move an attempt to “harass” her and her staff. She added, “No world would I ever, ever allow my team’s communications to be turned over to a third party. She has zero right to nose around in how I gather news or in how my team and I prepare for any show we do.”

About Blake Lively’s legal battle

Lively has been engaged in a bitter legal dispute with Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment and retaliation, an allegation that the filmmaker strongly denied. The actress has since been slammed for issuing multiple subpoenas to journalists and content creators, a move that has been viewed as an attempt to silence detractors.Kelly framed her resistance as a matter of press freedom and the First Amendment, insisting her public criticism of Lively is independent and not part of any campaign orchestrated by Baldoni.

Perez Hilton goes to court

Meanwhile, Gossip blogger Perez Hilton, whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., found himself heading to court on Friday, over a subpoena from Lively.Representing himself due to what he termed as “expensive legal fees,” Hilton expressed his concerns in court, claiming, “I was not paid by anyone to speak negatively about Blake Lively, I was not told to speak negatively about her, I was not promised any favours or discounts or anything,” Hilton explained in a statement obtained by News 3 LV.District Court Judge Richard Boulware is expected to make a decision on whether the case will remain under Nevada’s jurisdiction or move to New York, a move Hilton is prepared to appeal.
