Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter Shweta Bachchan is married to Nikhil Nanda. The duo got married in 1997 and have two children, Agastya Nanda and Navya Naveli Nanda. Nikhil is the son of the late Ritu Nanda and Rajan Nanda, with his mother being the daughter of the legendary actor, director, and producer Raj Kapoor, Nikhil is a businessman, the chairman and managing director of Escorts Kubota Limited. While he lives in Delhi, as per a recent report, he’s bought an apartment in Juhu in Mumbai worth Rs 28 crore. Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalows, Prateeksha and Jalsa are also in Juhu. According to documents accessed by Liases Foras, a real estate research and data analytics firm, Nanda has bought a luxurious apartment in the upscale Juhu neighbourhood for approximately ₹28 crore. The deal, registered on October 16, 2025, was executed by his sister, Nitasha Nanda, who acted as the Power of Attorney holder, as per the official documents. The newly acquired property spans 3,139 sq ft, with an additional 411 sq ft terrace area, taking the total space to around 3,550 sq ft. The apartment also comes with three car parking spaces, the documents revealed.

Registered at a value of ₹28.39 crore, the deal included a stamp duty payment of ₹1.70 crore. While earlier, Nikhil, Shweta along with their children were living in Delhi, now both Agastya and Navya are largely seen in Mumbai due to their work commitments. Agastya made his movie debut as an actor in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’. While promoting the project on ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, Agastya was seen with Zoya and his co-stars including Suhana Khan on the television show. At that time, when Zoya spoke about her childhood memories at Big B’s house Prateeksha and how there used to be a music room there, Big B revealed that now that music room is converted to Agastya’s room. Agastya will be seen next in Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Ikkis’, also starring Dharmendra.
