Makers aim for a better window for ‘Bhooth Bangla’

Since its initial announcement, ‘Bhooth Bangla’ has maintained a consistent level of excitement, with fans eager to see Akshay Kumar return to the horror-comedy genre he excels in. The decision to shift the release to April 10, 2026, is being called a strategic masterstroke, as it allows the makers to secure a solo window that protects the film from major box-office clashes.By moving the date forward, the producers aim to provide the movie with a “clean and open” theatrical run. Their philosophy is to ensure that each of Akshay’s high-profile projects has enough breathing room for audiences to enjoy the cinematic experience fully, without the distractions or “rush” of a crowded release calendar.
