‘Avengers: Doomsday’ LEAK sees Doom vs Avengers, X-Men – WATCH

'Avengers: Doomsday' LEAK sees Doctor Doom take on X-Men, Avengers and Fantastic Four; new clip sparks frenzy - WATCH

The ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ leaks just don’t seem to stop. After the teaser trailer leaks, Marvel fans found themselves scrambling once again after a new clip allegedly leaked online. While not the official trailer that was screened last month at CinemaCon, this new clip that surfaced online, reportedly offers what many believe is the first substantial glimpse from the superhero film. The leak emerged just days after purported bootleg trailers for ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ began circulating across social media platforms. This clip, although highly pixilated, debuted over the weekend and has since gone viral across social media platforms and fan handles.

Doctor Doom takes on Avengers, X-Men and Fantastic Four

The footage which contains several watermarks, has raised doubts over its authenticity, with many entertainment outlets and other social media users debating whether the clip is genuine or AI-generated. If authentic, the footage would give fans a first look at Robert Downey Jr’s Doctor Doom going up against the joint forces of the X-Men, Avengers and Fantastic Four.

Thor and Steve team-up teased

According to descriptions circulating online, the clip sees Doctor Doom raising an army of Sentinels – giant mutant-hunting robots – from the X-Men franchise. The footage reportedly shows Chris Hemsworth’s Thor and Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers teaming up to lead the team into battle. Interestingly, this aligns with previous reports that the two characters will play a major role in the upcoming films.

‘Avengers’ scene recreated in leaked clip

The clip is also said to feature several prominent X-Men characters, including Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Gambit and Mystique on the battlefield, ready to take on the giants. The clip also features James Marsden’s Cyclops unleashing an optic blast.Another scene from the trailer going viral features a sort of recreation of the iconic scene from 2010’s ‘The Avengers’, this time with the camera moving in a circular motion as the heroes line up and take their place on the battlefield. This time around, Steve is also seen wielding Mjolnir while Thor holds up Stormbreaker.

‘Avengers: Doomsday’ clip fake or real?

If the footage is genuine, it would mark the first time that characters from the Avengers, X-Men and Fantastic Four are shown together within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While the leak continues to circulate online, Marvel Studios’ decision not to pull down the videos have sparked buzz that the clip could be an AI-generated fake. However, at the same time, entertainment scooper Daniel Richtman has reportedly described related leaked materials, including an image featuring Wolverine, Spider-Man and Deadpool, as “100% real.”‘Avengers: Doomsday’ is still months away from its release. The film is slated to hit theatres on December 18, where it will clash with ‘Dune: Part Three’. Go to Source
