Released on December 19, 2025, James Cameron’s ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ has grossed over USD 1.2 billion worldwide. Although its reviews have sparked debate, the cinematic saga is nearing its end in theaters. Fans in India can mark their calendars for its upcoming launch on JioHotstar, expected between April and June, featuring multiple languages to enhance the viewing adventure.

James Cameron’s sci-fi epic ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ has made big numbers at the global box office. The movie was released in theaters on December 19, 2025. The visual spectacle takes the audience back to the world of Pandora. Now, the film is heading towards the end of its theatrical run, and hence, let’s take a look at where to watch it online.

The James Cameron directorial opened to mixed reviews from the audience. However, the movie still raked in staggering amounts at the box office. Moving on, after the theatrical run of the adventure saga, fans can watch it from the comfort of their homes. Reportedly, it will be streamed online on JioHotstar in India. The makers have not confirmed the same as of now. And if reports are to be believed, the movie will arrive on the streaming platform between April and June.As per the reports, this is an estimated time period considering the previous OTT releases. The second installment of the franchise arrived on OTT six months after its theatrical release. On the streaming platform, it will be available in multiple languages.

In ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’, Jake Sully and Neytiri, along with their family, fight the fiery Na’vi clan known as the Ash People and also the human invaders. The cast of the film includes Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Sigourney Weaver, and Stephen Lang, who returns for this chapter. The movie also features Oona Chaplin, Kate Winslet, Cliff Curtis, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, and more in key roles.At the global box office, the film has earned over USD 1.2 billion. James Cameron had already announced ‘Avatar 4’ and ‘Avatar 5’. As per the reports, he planned to release them in 2029 and 2031, respectively.
